Where does Payoga-Kapatagan work?
Payoga-Kapatagan's office is located in Guibang, Gamu, Isabela Province, about 400 km north of Manila in the Philippines.
Most of Payoga-Kapatagan's members come from Isabela province, but their training, organic fertilizer and emergency response reach people, municipalities and organizations throughout the northern Philippines.
